Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OMYR, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality perfumes and providing an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you encounter any issue with your order, this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are accepted.

Return & Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged, broken, or leaking perfume bottle.

  • You receive an incorrect product different from the one you ordered.

  • You receive an incomplete order or a product is missing from your package.

  • The product arrives in a defective condition due to transit damage.

  • The product packaging is severely damaged before opening.

Important

For any claim involving:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaking bottle

  • Empty package

  • Missing item

  • Wrong product

  • Tampered package

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory, starting before opening the sealed package and clearly showing the shipping label and the product inside.

Without a valid unboxing video, OMYR reserves the right to reject the claim, as we are unable to verify issues that may occur after delivery.


Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and quality reasons, perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned under the following circumstances:

  • The perfume has been opened or used.

  • The original seal has been broken (unless the product arrived damaged).

  • The product has been intentionally damaged or mishandled after delivery.

  • The fragrance is not liked or does not match personal preference.

  • The customer expected a different fragrance profile.

  • Minor variations in fragrance due to natural ingredients or batch differences.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or final sale offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products.

Please note that fragrance perception varies from person to person based on skin chemistry, weather, and personal preference. Therefore, dislike of a fragrance is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.


Conditions for Return

If your return request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original perfume bottle, cap, box, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • All accessories, inserts, and invoices (if applicable) should be included.

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

OMYR reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement or refund.


Refund Eligibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • A complete unboxing video (mandatory for damage, leakage, empty package, missing item, or wrong product claims)

  • A brief description of the issue

After verifying your request, OMYR may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product.

  • Issue a refund.

  • Provide store credit.

  • Offer another appropriate resolution.

If the return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of approval.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, COD charges (if any), and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by OMYR.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have already been packed, processed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized, personalized, or specially packed products cannot be cancelled once production or packing has begun.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting our customer support team.

Any eligible refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation by OMYR

OMYR reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors or technical issues.

  • Product becoming out of stock.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

  • Payment verification failure.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our refund process.
