Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, courier delays, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, OMYR cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At present, international shipping is not available unless otherwise announced on our website.

Delivery service may be unavailable for certain remote or restricted PIN codes depending on our courier partners.


Shipping Charges

Delivery Attempts

Damaged, Tampered or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives:

  • Tampered

  • Incomplete

  • Empty

  • Containing the wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the outer package and product

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Claims relating to damage, leakage, missing items, or empty packages may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

OMYR shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
